Reparation of wheel hubs, wheel flanges, front- and back axles

We are asking our customers, before they qualify a part as unrepairable and throw it away, they shall ask us about it. It happened with wheel flange as under, too. We repaired it, and it works also today perfectly. We perform such reparations with welding, metal spraying or applying two technologies togerther.

If the wearing of the bearing bushing is only some hundredth of millimeters, we replace the missing layer with SparkDepo (Electro-Spark Deposition).
