Hot metal spraying
A gas mixture flowing out from a specially designed pistol (jet) and melts the metal powder and injects it onto the designated surface. After reaching the achieving layer thickness, the sprayed layer will be melted and the raw material absorbs into the treated surface.

Advantages:
very hard surface (62 HRc)
thick, tough layer
several carbides can be applied (W, Cr, etc.)
gives the possibility of using of cheaper and softer raw materials
Application:
for non-weldable or only difficultly weldable alloys (cylinder head, exhaust pipe, etc.)
for heat- and wear-resistant surfaces (CO – Base), (power plant parts, metal gaskets)
wear-resistant surfaces (W – Base), (grain spraying, ground movers, oil drills, grinders)
acid and corrosion resistant surfaces (Ni – Base), (pumps, chemical industry equipments, tools for the glass industry)
