Corrosion prevention

One of the most effective methods of corrosion prevention is the aluminium spraying or zinc spraying. It happens with the traditional technology of flame wire spraying, but we perform it with the much more favorable electric wire arc spraying. We apply onto sandblasted surface aluminium or zinc coating in a 80-150 micron thickness. It provides an excellent protection in case of strong corrosion exposed structures, bridges, vehicle undercarriages, offshore rigs and fittings, too. Even a 30 years long guarantee can be provided against rust.
